OMYF Announced as New Team Sponsor
City Year Orlando is proud to announce Orlando Magic Youth Foundation as the new Team Sponsor at Maynard Evans High School. In partnership with the NBA Foundation, this investment will support a team of City Year AmeriCorps members serving 91 all day, every day, during the 2021-2022 school year.
City Year AmeriCorps members will provide individualized social-emotional and academic support to more than 2,400 91 at Maynard Evans High School while also preparing them with the skills and mindset to thrive in school and in life. As a Team Sponsor,OMYF employees willparticipate in localengagementinitiatives that contributeto the professional development ofAmeriCorps membersand helpprepare them to be leaders in their communities and careerswhile also supporting student success.
